Development of 22-acre site in an active national cemetery including clearing and grubbing, erosion control, roadways and curbs, sidewalks and site pads, turf placement and maintenance, landscaping placement and maintenance, irrigation, site furnishings, signage. Approximately 75% of the work was self-performed including 5,448 burial crypts, 4,308 in-ground cremains sites and 4,160 columbarium niches along with all earthmoving, grading, drainage systems for new crypt fields.
